Glammie's Class Act Partyliners Waiver Agreement

Check To Accept *  I understand that riding in a Glammie’s Class Act Partyliners vehicle is a potentially dangerous activity. I understand that the vehicle may need to stop suddenly and without warning, and also may be impacted by another careless vehicle. Riding without a seat belt, standing, walking and dancing in a moving vehicle is inherently dangerous. I understand that the floor and steps in the vehicle may be slippery, particularly if it is raining or snowing. I understand that alcohol consumption makes such inherently dangerous conditions more dangerous for me. I assume the risk that I may be injured while using Glammie’s Class Act Partyliners services. I assume all risks associated with my use of the Glammie’s Class Act Partyliners services, as well as all risk of loss, theft or damage of personal property while using or present on the Party bus or at the establishments/locations where the vehicle may visit. I will not bring any action against Glammie’s Class Act Partyliners, its employees, agents, successors and/or assigns, for death, personal injury, property loss, or property damage, including any action for negligence, breach of warranty, products liability or strict liability, and hereby forever waive, on my own behalf and on behalf of my successors and/or assigns, the right to bring such action.

I fully understand and accept the following:

1. All riders must be 18 years of age or older, unless given permission by their parents or guardians.

2. Riders must be 21 years of age or older to consume alcohol or legal products with age limit of 21+.

3. All alcoholic beverages and people holding them must remain on the bus at all times.

4. BYOB - Bring only the amount of drinks you can reasonably consume in 2 hours. Opened and unopened alcohol (except for unopened wine bottles purchased on Glammie’s Vineyard Tours) cannot be removed from party vehicle once it is brought on.

5. NO LIQUOR / NO GLASS! Riders may bring canned alcoholic beverages such as beer, wine or other fermented beverages as allowed by law as long as rider is 21 years of age or older. Guest takes full responsibility for alcoholic beverages and will not allow anyone under age to consume it. Glass wine bottles ARE permitted on the party bus!

6. Glammie’s Partyliners Drivers are in charge of the vehicle and his/her decisions are final.

7. All laws and rules regarding alcohol and behavior apply to all passengers before, during and after rendered party bus services. Inappropriate behavior will result in the offending passenger(s) being asked to disembark immediately. No refund will be issued to passengers(s) asked to disembark. Passengers will be responsible for their own transportation from point of disembarking. Inappropriate behavior includes but is not limited to: Sexual misconduct/sexual harassment, nudity, Extreme intoxication, Giving alcohol to non-passengers, inappropriate language or gestures, Public urination /vomiting, Loitering more than 5 minutes after tour, Excessive noise/screaming , violence or threats of violence, or any other behavior deemed to be inappropriate.

8. Emergency exits are to remain unopened and untouched unless an accident, medical emergency or fire has occurred. Do NOT open or touch emergency exits unless instructed to do so when vehicle has come to a complete stop.

9. Any violations of the above restrictions may result in the driver ending the tour immediately. No refund will be issued for tours ended early due to passenger behavior.

10. Your information and images may be added to our marketing. You can unsubscribe at any time.

11. Restroom is for urinating only! Male passengers MUST SIT DOWN when using the restroom. Restroom is cleaned between parties. Urinating anywhere but inside the toilet constitutes a $350 charge to renter/payers credit card on file. Toilet paper, feminine products, paper towels MUST be placed in the trashcan beside toilet...NOT IN THE TOILET. Putting anything in toilet besides urine constitutes a $350 Charge to credit card on file. Individual booking party bus is responsible for all guests!

12. All body parts to remain inside vehicle at all times! No heads, arms, hands, legs or anything else through the windows. Tour will stop immediately if this happens. No refund will be given and passengers will be responsible for travel expenses from point of drop off. Your safety is our utmost importance!

13. Shoes – High heeled shoes are not your friend on a party bus. Flat or low heel shoes are highly recommended for your safety.

14. Do NOT touch or hang on ceiling mounted air-conditioning systems, hit the ceiling, speakers, or lighting in the party bus. All damage will result in a charge to renters credit card on file, authorized by this agreement.

15. Do NOT sit on built-in drink cooler or bars, this results in damage to the vehicle and possible injury to riders.

I affirm that I am at least eighteen years of age and of sound and sober mind and capable of signing this release. Further, I agree that I understand all the language in this document and what I am doing and agreeing not to do by signing it. If I did not fully understand what this document means, I would not sign this document or use Glammie’s Class Act Partyliners vehicles.
